Our Kennards Mt Eden facility in 3 Porters Ave, Mt Eden, which is situated on the fringe of the Auckland CBD has experienced exceptional demand. To accommodate more customers, the ground floor conversion project has now been completed creating a further 138 brand new units ready to rent.
The storage unit mix ranges from 1 x 1 metre locker spaces to large garage sizes up to 36 square metres which can meet the storage requirements of everyone’s needs.
Along with extended access 7 days a week , these new ground floor units feature roller door access up to 2.4 metres high.
Kennards Self Storage facilities are created with a high standard fitout and features such as CCTV security monitoring, pin code access, covered loading bay area’s and a free wifi hotspot, to accommodate all the storers needs to make self storage fun, easy and affordable.
This latest expansion will be followed with an eagerly anticipated climate controlled Wine Cellar due to open in November. This purpose built wine cellar facility will be a first for New Zealand so watch this space…..
